Train with a spouse, friend, or family member in the same studio, same hour, on the same focused program. Maximum two people per session.

Partner Training,
Not Class Workouts

“Small group” at Fitness Training LLC means two people. A spouse. A parent and an adult child. Two friends who want to train together and hold each other accountable. It’s not a group fitness class with a trainer at the front of the room.

Partner training mirrors the three weekly program tiers (Partner Accountability, Partner Adaptation, Partner Acceleration) and runs at a per person rate that’s lower than solo training. Same private studio. Same coaching. Same focused work. Just two of you instead of one.

Who I Work With Most

Most of my clients fit one or more of these. None of them are mandatory. You don’t need to be injured to train here, and you don’t need to be advanced to start.

Small Group Personal Training in Beaverton

Partner training is the most affordable way to get real one on one coaching in our private Beaverton studio. You and your partner share the hour and the per person rate, but the program is still built around each of you. We train all kinds of pairs: a husband and wife, two sisters, a mom and her daughter, lifelong best friends, even coworkers who want someone to hold them accountable.

Every session is capped at two people, so you still get coached on form, mobility, and ATG Knees Over Toes work. There is no front of the room, no crowd, and no one falling behind. If you and someone you trust have been meaning to start, partner training in Beaverton is an easy way to begin together and stay consistent.

How to get started

    Book the Intro Session

One hour, one on one, $79. We work through movement, talk through what you’ve tried, and figure out if working together makes sense. No sales pitch at the end.

  • 3

    Start Training

You get a recurring weekly slot with me. Training becomes part of your week instead of something you have to find time for.

CALEB SNYDER

Hi, I’m Caleb Snyder, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Fitness Training LLC. Most of the people I work with have tried fitness before and it didn’t stick. They’re not broken, they just haven’t been in the right room with the right coach. I run a private studio in Beaverton where you train one on one, on a program built for you, in a focused environment with no crowds. My specialties are corrective exercise, mobility, and ATG (Knees Over Toes) work, which means we can train hard without breaking you down. If you’re ready to stop starting over, book the Intro Session and let’s see if we’re a fit.

Contact us
  • How is partner training different from solo personal training?

The coaching is the same. The studio is the same. The difference is that you have a partner training next to you on a program that’s designed to keep both of you working at your own appropriate intensity. The per person rate is lower than solo training because the time is shared.

  • How many people are in each session?

Two. Always. Partner training at Fitness Training LLC is exactly that, partners. A spouse, a family member, or a close friend. Not a group class. Not a circuit. Same private studio, same focused coaching, just two of you in the room instead of one.

  • Can partner training help if I’m a beginner?

Yes! Our trainers customize each workout to your fitness level, so whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself further, you’ll get the right support and guidance throughout each session.

Want to Train With a Partner?

Partner training starts the same way solo training does. Each person books their own $79 Intro Training Session, separately. Once we’ve worked through movement with each of you individually, we’ll talk through which Partner program makes sense.
