Personal Training Programs Built Around You

If you’ve tried fitness before and it didn’t stick, you’re not the problem.
You just need the right program, the right coach, and a private space to focus.

If You’re Stuck,
You’re In the Right Place

Most of the people I work with show up after they’ve already tried. They’ve done the apps. The big-box gyms. The bootcamps. The personal trainer who counted reps and didn’t really see them. Some are recovering from an injury or surgery. Most aren’t. They’re just stuck.

They don’t know what to do next, they don’t trust most of what’s out there, and they’re tired of starting over.

That’s exactly who Fitness Training LLC was built for.

You’ll train one on one with me in a private studio in Beaverton, on a program designed for your body and your goals. No crowds. No grinding for grinding’s sake. Just focused work that adds up week after week, so you can train today for the life you want later.

Start With the
Intro Training Session ($79)

Before anything else, we do a one hour intro session. One on one, in the studio, $79. This is how we both decide if working together is the right fit. You’ll walk through movements with me, talk through what you’ve tried, what’s worked, and what hasn’t, and leave with an honest read on where you are right now. There’s no sales pitch at the end. If we’re a fit, we’ll talk about the next step. If we’re not, you’ve still gotten a real session of coaching for $79.

Three Programs. Pick the One That Matches Your Life.

After your intro session, ongoing clients train on one of three weekly programs. Each is built around a fixed weekly time slot with me, so your training becomes part of your schedule, not something you have to negotiate every week. Pricing for ongoing programs is shared during your intro session.

Accountability

One session per week

One focused session a week, every week, with a coach who knows your body and your goals. Transformation still happens at this pace, it just builds on a longer arc, the way real, sustainable change usually does. Your form gets sharper. Your weak points get addressed. You stay consistent because you have a standing appointment and someone who actually sees you.

Best for:
clients who already train on their own and want expert eyes once a week, people coming back to consistency, busy professionals who want their training time to count, and clients in a long term maintenance phase.

Adaptation

Two sessions per week

The minimum frequency that delivers real physiological change. Two sessions per week is where the science says strength, mobility, and body composition actually shift. This is where most of my clients live, because this is where the results live.

Best for:
anyone who wants visible, measurable progress on a sustainable schedule.

Acceleration

Three sessions per week

Three weekly sessions give us room to work strength, mobility, and corrective movement in the same week without anything getting shortchanged. This is the pace I recommend when there’s a real timeline, a significant comeback from injury or surgery, or a goal that needs concentrated work.

Best for:
clients on a deadline, structured comebacks, anyone who wants to move fast without rushing.
Client performing a cable rear delt fly during a back workout
Currently accepting new clients.
Weekly slots are limited and fill on a first come basis. Intro session required to be considered for an ongoing slot.

Your Slot is Yours

When you enroll in one of the programs above, you’re not buying a stack of sessions. You’re reserving a recurring weekly time slot with me. That slot is held for you whether or not you make it in. If you need to cancel a session, give as much notice as you can and I’ll do my best to find you a makeup time in the same week or the following week, schedule permitting. Genuine illness and family emergencies get the same treatment. Missed sessions don’t roll over as credits and aren’t refunded, because what you’re paying for is the slot, not the session. Short trips are simple: your slot stays reserved, your enrollment continues, and we’ll work in makeups where the schedule allows. If you’ll be away three weeks or more, talk to me ahead of time and we’ll figure out the right plan together. If pausing your enrollment makes the most sense, just know that a pause releases your slot, and we’ll re-book when you’re back based on what’s open at that point.

Other Ways to Train

Most clients book the in person programs above, but Fitness Training LLC offers a few other options depending on your situation.

Why Train at
Fitness Training LLC

Private studio in Beaverton. One on one coaching, never group classes packaged as personal training. Certifications that match what I actually do with you in the studio: NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and ATG Coach (Knees Over Toes).

I came to training the long way around. Decades in construction, multiple spinal surgeries, and the personal training process is what got me back on my feet. That’s why my work focuses on people who feel like the standard fitness world hasn’t worked for them. That includes seniors training after 60, post surgery comebacks, and anyone starting over. I’ve been there.

What Clients Say

Couldn't recommend Caleb enough! As an exercise physiologist myself I appreciate his safe, effective, and efficient approach to personal training. Not only that, he's an awesome person!
Xavier Robinson, Exercise Physiologist
Three years ago I was told I needed ankle surgery. I avoided it with the right exercises, and then I met Caleb. His workouts and equipment are perfect for keeping everything in place and building on improvement. John and I really appreciate our weekly workouts and the expertise and dedication Caleb adds to our health. We are better for working with him.

Contact us
  • Do I have to commit to a package up front?

No. Everyone starts with a one hour Intro Training Session for $79, no pressure. If we’re a fit, we’ll talk about an ongoing weekly slot. If not, you’ve still had a real coaching session.

  • How much do the ongoing programs cost?

In-person pricing is shared during your intro session. Virtual is public: a $99 intro pack, then $520/month (two sessions/week) or $780/month (three sessions/week).

  • What if I've never been consistent before?

That’s who this studio was built for – most clients come in after apps, big box gyms, and bootcamps didn’t stick. One on one, private studio, built for your body, no judgment.

  • Do you work with injuries or post-surgery clients?

Yes. Corrective and ATG/mobility work is built into every program. Caleb is a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and ATG (Knees Over Toes) coach who came to training after multiple spinal surgeries himself.

  • What if I need to miss a session?

You reserve a recurring weekly slot, not a stack of sessions. Give as much notice as you can and we’ll try for a makeup the same or following week. Missed sessions aren’t refunded – you’re paying for the slot.
