One on One Personal Training in Beaverton
A private studio, a coach who actually sees you, and a program built around your body and your goals. This is what personal training is supposed to look like.

Personal Training That Actually Fits Your Life
At Fitness Training LLC, every client trains one on one with me, in a private studio, on a program built specifically for them. That’s it. No group circuits dressed up as personal training. No revolving cast of trainers. Just you, me, and the work.
Most of my clients show up after they’ve tried things that didn’t fit. App workouts that didn’t keep them honest. Big-box gyms that felt impersonal. Trainers who counted reps without paying attention to form. If that’s familiar, you’re in the right place.
Sessions are one hour. We schedule a fixed weekly time so training becomes part of your week, not something you have to negotiate. You’ll get corrective exercise, mobility work, strength training, and ATG (Knees Over Toes) principles built into every program, because all of those things work better together than apart.

Who I Work With Most
How to get started
1
Book the Intro Session
One hour, one on one, $79. We work through movement, talk through what you’ve tried, and figure out if working together makes sense. No sales pitch at the end.
2
Pick the Program That Fits
If we’re a fit, we’ll talk through the three weekly programs (Accountability, Adaptation, Acceleration) and pick the one that matches your goals and schedule.
3
Start Training
You get a recurring weekly slot with me. Training becomes part of your week instead of something you have to find time for.
CALEB SNYDER
Hi, I’m Caleb Snyder, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Fitness Training LLC. Most of the people I work with have tried fitness before and it didn’t stick. They’re not broken, they just haven’t been in the right room with the right coach. I run a private studio in Beaverton where you train one on one, on a program built for you, in a focused environment with no crowds. My specialties are corrective exercise, mobility, and ATG (Knees Over Toes) work, which means we can train hard without breaking you down. If you’re ready to stop starting over, book the Intro Session and let’s see if we’re a fit.
Frequently asked questions
I’ve addressed a few of the most frequently asked questions here. If you have additional questions, I’d be happy to chat with you more about personal training.
Contact MeWhat should I expect in my first personal training session?
Your first session includes a full consultation to assess your fitness level and discuss your goals. From there, we’ll introduce exercises that are aligned with your plan, ensuring a solid foundation for your progress.
How often should I train with a personal trainer?
Most of my clients land in the Adaptation tier (two sessions per week), which is the minimum frequency that delivers real physiological change. Some go to Acceleration (three sessions per week) when there’s a timeline or a comeback. Accountability (one session per week) works well for self-directed athletes and clients in maintenance mode. We’ll figure out the right cadence in your intro session.
Can personal training help me if I have an injury or mobility issues?
Absolutely! I specialize in corrective exercise training and am experienced at helping people like you recover safely, build strength, and improve flexibility.
What’s your cancellation policy?
When you enroll in a weekly program, you’re reserving a recurring time slot with me. If you need to cancel a session, I’ll try to find a makeup time within the same week or the following week, schedule permitting. Missed sessions don’t roll over as credits and aren’t refunded, because what you’re paying for is the slot, not the session. For vacations of three or more weeks, talk to me ahead of time.
