Move with more ease

Mobility work isn’t a separate program at Fitness Training LLC. It’s built into every program I run, because joint health and full range of motion are the foundation of everything else. If you’re here because your knees, hips, shoulders, or back need attention, that’s exactly the work we do best.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with stiffness from years of desk work, or just want to move better than you did at 30, you’ll get a program built around ATG (Knees Over Toes) principles, corrective exercise, and targeted mobility work. This isn’t yoga. It isn’t stretching. It’s strength built through range of motion, which is the only kind of mobility that holds up over time.

Who I Work With Most

Most of my clients fit one or more of these. None of them are mandatory. You don’t need to be injured to train here, and you don’t need to be advanced to start.

How to get started

  • 1

    Book the Intro Session

One hour, one on one, $79. We work through movement, talk through what you’ve tried, and figure out if working together makes sense. No sales pitch at the end.

  • 2

    Pick the Program That Fits

If we’re a fit, we’ll talk through the three weekly programs (Accountability, Adaptation, Acceleration) and pick the one that matches your goals and schedule.

  • 3

    Start Training

You get a recurring weekly slot with me. Training becomes part of your week instead of something you have to find time for.

CALEB SNYDER

Hi, I’m Caleb Snyder, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Fitness Training LLC. Most of the people I work with have tried fitness before and it didn’t stick. They’re not broken, they just haven’t been in the right room with the right coach. I run a private studio in Beaverton where you train one on one, on a program built for you, in a focused environment with no crowds. My specialties are corrective exercise, mobility, and ATG (Knees Over Toes) work, which means we can train hard without breaking you down. If you’re ready to stop starting over, book the Intro Session and let’s see if we’re a fit.
